+ Context

After installing the first WiFi hotspots, it was essential to generate traffic to demonstrate the value of the service and attract more users.


+ Goal

Make it easier for users to find free WiFi access points by allowing them to locate all partner establishments around them in real time.


+ Solution

Development of a mobile app with a geolocation feature to display an interactive map of places offering an I Love Wifi connection.

Marketing materials

+ Context

To promote the launch of I Love Wifi, we designed visual materials highlighting its benefits for professionals and users.


+ Goal

Equip the sales team with a compelling marketing kit to convince major groups (such as METRO) to distribute WiFi hotspots.


+ Solutions

  • Explanatory video to present the I Love Wifi service, broadcast directly in points of sale
  • Infographic to illustrate the growing importance of the Internet and smartphones, as well as the new habits of mobile users

Facebook campaign (early 2014)

+ Context

In 2014, social networks were the main communication lever to promote I Love Wifi. Facebook, the dominant platform at the time, was chosen to reach a wide audience and increase the visibility of the service.


+ Goal

Develop the community and expand the reach of the mobile app, while highlighting new WiFi access points available to users.


+ Solution

Launch of a Facebook contest via the Social Shaker app, with daily prizes to stimulate engagement and attract new followers.


+ Result

+5,000 "Likes" on the I Love Wifi page in just one month, strengthening online presence and community interaction.
